You can show in invoices, reciepts and cancellation documents an exchange rate for order values.
The exchange rate will be set depending on your “ Event default currency” (Registration - Basic Setup)
and country of your venue (Administration - Setup - Address of venue).
A new default export is available with this new information in “Administration - Export - Registration - VisitorBookingsExchange”.

Most of the settings for the public program are now together in one own setup page.
You can find it in Program - Setup - Public Program.
In addition you can now also show session number and or short in public program they are shown.
Please be aware too long texts here will not be cut off.
Feature is in experimental mode and the exact functionality may change in the future.
Idea is convenors can setup their sessions themself.
For the best result right now create new empty sessions and set the convenor.
The desktop module “Convenor” can be restricted to userole “SessionConvenor” so it´s only visible to convenors.
Convenor can create presentations add chairs, session descrbitions etc.
Added emails of chairs and presenters are ignored for now. They will be created without an email.
If a session is set to “done” via button top right, Convenor finish working on this session and can´t edit this session anymore.
A custom service module (like in event) can now also be setup in “Membership -Setup - Module”.

Inh the industry shop you can now set a participant type directly in Industry shop - Helpdesk - Contacts.
Emails containing ‘ will now be also supported on id systems.
Invoice will now only be send when checkbox is set in quickregistration.
