When you cancel an order with cancellation fee you can now also have this as a separate order instead part of the created cancelled order.
To activate it you have a checkbox in Registration - Basic Setup:
You find the setting to acitvate it in “Group - Setup”, it can also be set to mandatory.
This will create a separate order for the cancellation fee with a reference to the cancelled order in the note field
In addition you can now also set a percentage value for cancellation fee
A default value now also for percentage can be set in “Registration - Ticket Setup - System tickets”
You can offer operators an input for a group name when they add visitors. The value will be checked if unique in the whole event.
You find the setting to acitvate it in “Group - Setup”, it can also be set to mandatory.

The value can be used for invoice templates and also on name badges for group visitors via merge field “mGroupNamem”.
In addition to the changes of the last release, you can now directly accept or reject the participant type of an existing participant.
For new participants, this will still be set to “accepted” automatically as before.
The label texts for application custom queries now also support HTML texts.

In Program - COI Setup you can now also make the whole process shorter and deactivate the steps:
* Query for personal data
* Query for company address
* Show COI Text in coi queries step (free text input under the queries)
Also when a presenter has more than one presentation you can define if he/she gets the “COI Confirmation mail” for each presentation or one mail for all.
This email is triggered from the speaker itself on the final overview page of the coi module.
