Now all functions for the editor are available in the UI resources.
Updating and optimizing the import process:
- columns for date/times are now in a text format, so excel file cannot be changed via edit.
- Accepted abstracts can be linked to the session, the same way as a presentation, via session-id and presentation title.
In case, no presentation time is set, it will work the same way as a drag and drop from the Program - Session Manager
and set the date-time according to the existing setup.
- the abstract number has the same value, as shown in the abstract helpdesk.
In general, please make sure that you make a single update for the abstract in the first place.
In this case, you can see if the import/update works as expected before you do a mass update.
It will help to prevent larger data correction.
Now some basic statistics are available for hotel bookings that can be found in Hotel - Statistics.
There is a possibility to partial cancel group hotel bookings.
It follows the same way, as for group orders partial cancel.
The original order will be canceled in total. And a new order, with the not selected tickets, will be created.
The issue for deleting members with existing data “Positions” is fixed.
Missing mandatory child elements of depending single selects are now also recognized as missing in the to-do list.
Export also works with events with no session chairs at all.
